Position Summary
We are looking for a Client Service Associate, Registered Plans Administrator with polished interpersonal skills to join our growing Client Services Team.
Do you have a strong client service mindset and continually seek to find creative solutions to address client needs?
Do you have a strong administrative background and in-depth knowledge of the administrative requirements of the financial industry?
Have you executed on requests related to registered plan products and have a good understanding of the requirements associated with registered plan transactions?
As a Client Service Associate, Registered Plans Administrator you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Advisory Team and our high net worth clients. In this role, you are a member of a collaborative and client-focused team requiring exceptional communication and problem-solving skills in order to provide a high level of administrative service to our clients. Using your in-depth knowledge of registered plan products, you will execute on the overall administration of our clients registered plans. Using your industry knowledge and excellent relationship management skills you are able to deliver exceptional service to our advisors and clients.
