You will apply a broad understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices to address diverse security challenges effectively.This role is responsible for driving strategic client engagement, cybersecurity transformation, and go-to-market execution. The individual will serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement across client engagements.

As a Client Security Officer, Go-To-Market, Senior Associate, y ou'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Equip teams with consistent messaging, tools, and insights to drive confident client engagement and accelerate deal velocity.
• Capture insights from pursuits and client interactions to continuously refine GTM strategy, solution positioning, and messaging.
• Maintain a centralized repository of proposal content, client references, team profiles, and sales materials to ensure consistency, speed, and reuse across pursuits.
• Improve visibility and forecasting through structured opportunity tracking, pursuit prioritization, and enablement aligned to deal stages.
• Support long-term relationship growth and retention with tools and insights that enable proactive engagement, value realization, and expansion planning.
• Drive proactive Client Engagement Plans, focusing on long-term relationship growth with key client stakeholders and account maturity.
• Champion, implement and drive leveraging an AI-powered Proposal Generator.
• Lead the end-to-end proposal and pricing governance process to enable strategic growth and high-quality submissions.
• Track pipeline performance and collaborate with delivery and market teams to ensure commercial transparency and informed decision-making.
• Act as the central point for coordinating client-driven opportunities, including CRs, RFPs, and service enhancements.
• Serve as the primary liaison for scoping new services or changes to existing CaaS arrangements.
• Ensure all proposals go through the required internal governance and review cycles.
• O versee the refinement and update of salesforce opportunities; and managing backlogs for planning.
Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on management consulting with extensive client management role.
• Extensive experience working with diverse clients, understanding their business challenges, and providing strategic cybersecurity guidance.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

The salary range for this position is $84,700 - $134,700 . The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres . Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
