As the Client Partner, Talent Acquisition
, you would lead the recruitment initiatives for an assigned portfolio. Partnering with hiring managers to ensure we are finding the best talent to join our teams at Fraser Health.Key areas of involvement include:
•Works with hiring manager to resolve recruitment needs •Craft advertisement media such as journal advertisements, on-line print information, presentation material for job fairs and other off-site activities; prepares summaries of portfolio and job requirements. •Assesses applicants via on-line profiles, resumes or interviews; assesses skills, experience and competencies to best match employment opportunities within Fraser Health. •Interviews, pre-screens, checks references and discusses applicants with managers to identify the best fit. •Provides information to assist in the hiring of foreign applicants. •Interviews new hires to assess the success of the match of applicant to role and the perceptions of Fraser Health by new hires. •Stay current with the recruitment metrics to inform clients and creation of talent pipelines. •Facilitate Presentations to schools, professional associations and career fairs to attract potential applicants. •Mentors team members on processes and applicant assessments. •Participates in the development of systems for workforce planning using data collection of statistics and demographics to analyzes trends such as turnover and build reports and makes recommendations. Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in a Health Profession and/or Human Resources Management or related field •Five (5) years' recent experience preferably in the health field
