Our well-recognized Leadership & Organization Development team is at the forefront of leading and shaping Fraser's system-wide efforts to strengthen leadership capacity and culture across our organization.

As a Client Partner, People Development you join a passionate, skilled, collaborative team of leadership development practitioners, located within the broader Leadership & Organizational Development team.

From this role, your contribution to the team's efforts could include any combination of the following:
    •Design and delivery of leadership development programs and workshops, at all levels of leadership •Work with teams (at all levels) aimed at growing their individual and collective leadership capacity •Executive coaching of leaders at the manager level and above •Assessment of development needs at the level of individuals, teams and roles •Design and delivery of leadership development efforts targeted at key strategic system initiatives (eg. the roll out of large system transformation efforts, key culture work, etc.) •Delivery of LD support to identified succession candidates, individually and as a pool

Here is what we are looking for you to bring to us:
    •Master's Degree in Leadership, Organization Development (O.D.), Adult Education or other equivalent Behavioral Science •Five years' of related experience in leadership development, ideally in an intermediate to large size organization •Executive Coaching Certification •Further training in leadership & OD methodologies an asset •Work experience in a healthcare setting is an asset

Proven Professional/Technical Capabilities:
    •Knowledge of leadership and organization development (OD) theory and methodologies •Practical experience facilitating leadership development in groups/teams •Knowledge of adult learning strategies and methodologies •Comfort operating, and supporting leaders to learn, in an environment of emergent change •Ability to hold conflict and build dialogue across difference
