The Information and Systems Reporting Team focuses on:
    •Assessing a range of systems and processes and user needs; •Developing HR data systems and reports, •Integrating information from a variety of sources.

As part of this team your day will be spent in the following areas:
    •Workforce planning and forecasting •Integrated analytics of staff data with information from within and outside of FH •Discovery and development of drivers and data visualizations for fact-based business decisions •Migrating, combining and calculating data •Insight on FH staff supporting business improvements

Here is what we would like you to have:
    •Bachelor's Degree in a field related to Computer Science, Human Resources, or Business Management; •three (3) to five (5) years of recent, related experience in Human Resources, systems programming or project management; •Valid Class V, B.C. Driver's License and access to a motor vehicle. •Proven ability to handle information management and technology projects in a large, complex organization. •Ability to develop creative data, system and technology solutions for customer business needs.

We are hiring for two temporary full time positions and will be available until November 2022.
