Our BC client care office is looking to add personnel. We would prefer insurance experience (level one or general insurance licence) but it is not essential for the right candidate. If you thrive in a busy environment, are able to handle more than one task at a time, enjoy working with or learning about the automotive insurance industry, then OPTIOM Inc wants you!

We are seeking additional Client Care/Administrative representatives that enhance and complement our existing staff.

 Duties will include but are not limited to: Incoming calls, reporting claims, answering inquiries, resolving problems, handling cancellations, updating client information and general inquiries by phone, fax and email. Some administrative/accounting duties as well.

Experience: Customer Service / Administrative support and General Insurance level 1 license an asset, but not essential for the right candidate. OPTIOM Inc believes in personal and professional development, we support our staff with continuing education and training. If you have the qualities, we are looking for please forward us your resume. -           Ability to work well with others

-       Flexibility
