As a Business Customer Sales and Service Rep III you'll have an amazing opportunity to work alongside an energetic and eager team that works together to achieve outstanding results. You will assist managing large corporate accounts and ensuring client satisfaction at every encounter while building new relationships with clients. •Corporate account management to execute client requests; including order fulfillment, invoicing, account modifications and device provisioning
•Provide monthly detailed account reports on customer usage, renewal eligibility, and customer detail reports

•This is a Full-time position. You must be available to work up to 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Qualifications:Assets:
•1 to 2 years of previous experience in an office environment
•Experience working with Salesforce and SAP
•Previous telecommunication experience Essential qualifications:
•Post-secondary education preferred.
•Minimum 3 years' experience in a customer service environment
•Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
•A positive, friendly attitude with the willingness and ability to enhance customer experience
•Ability to work independently and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment, while effectively managing multiple tasks
