We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Care Coordinator in our Supervised Consumption Services (SafePoint) and Injectable Opioid Agonist Therapy (iOAT) in Surrey.

Build on your career experience by:
    •Providing clinical leadership and coordinating client care activities •Working collaboratively and in partnership with the interprofessional care team in the provision of person-centered and recovery oriented care •Supervising and providing work direction to staff, establishing clinical priorities and providing feedback on staff performance •Evaluating the provision of care to clients and their families •Participating in the development and maintenance of safety programs •Coordinating quality improvement and risk management activities •Providing guidance and support to team members and acting as a clinical resource to the team
Your background includes:
    •Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse and/or Registered Psychiatric Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals (BCCNP). •Three (3) years of recent related clinical experience in the designated clinical area including one (1) year experience in a supervisory role •Completion of substance use certificate program as required. •For licensed facilities: successful completion of St. John's Ambulance Safety Orientated First Aid Certificate •Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate (CPR) level C or equivalent.
