to our Finance Department at Uptown Latitude Building - New Westminster
. Develop new skills working with experienced Accounting professionals and share our dedication to provide quality service to our clients.Build on your career experience as you:
•Monitor the integrity of the ongoing integration between both the clinical and financial modules to the Billing & Accounts Receivable module. •Participate in the development, implementation and maintenance of the Accounts Receivable systems by maintaining assigned dictionaries, providing information and input to department managers and by attending related meetings. •Coordinate and maintain system dictionaries and related hardware and software. •Develop and maintain training and reference materials and provides training on current systems and upgrades. •Act as a liaison between clinical departments to ensure proper coordination and processing between modules. •Verify the accuracy and completeness of period end data and analyzes major discrepancies for the purpose of providing quality control and system development and improvements. •Assist in ensuring that Accounts Receivable controls for invoice processing are efficient and effective; identifies and recommends improvements where required. •Completion of Grade 12 •Completion of recognized accounting course. •Three (3) year's recent, related experience. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.
