We have an exciting opportunity for a Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to join our team in Haisla, BC on a full-time basis.
Reporting directly to the Chief and Council, the CAO has the overall responsibility for the day to day operations of Haisla Nation, and ensuring that the council's priorities move forward. In this role, you will also help foster an organizational culture that values diverse experiences and perspectives, build alignment across the team, and integrate the Nation’s strategies.

In order to qualify for this role, you will possess a University Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, First Nations Management, or another relevant field, as well as a minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management position, including extensive experience managing large budgets.
