Reporting to the Vice President of Innovation & Transformation, as the Change Management Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind transforming the way we work and think. You'll blend creativity, strategy, and a bit of magic to lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement change initiatives. Key to your success will be fostering engagement, minimizing resistance, and driving the successful adoption of new processes, systems, and initiatives.

•Collaborate with senior leadership and project teams to develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans for various projects and initiatives.
•Identify and analyze key stakeholders and their concerns, and develop tailored communication and engagement plans to address their needs.
•Create and deliver effective communication materials, including emails, presentations, and workshops, to inform and engage team members about upcoming changes.
•Design and facilitate training programs to equip team members with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the changed environment.
•Proactively identify sources of resistance to change and develop strategies to address them.
•Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of change initiative and gather feedback from team members to make continuous improvements.
•Maintain detailed records of change management activities, including progress reports and lessons learned.
•Perform other responsibilities as required to meet organizational requirements. QUALIFICATIONS:
•Bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology, or a related field.
•Proven experience in organizational change management and/or digital transformation.
•Certification in PMP, Lean, Agile, and/or as a Scrum Master is preferred.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
•Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
•Proficiency in change management software and tools.Salary: $75,000.00-$95,000.00Additional Information / Benefits
