Job Description: The role will be responsible for providing financial stewardship for the organization, including driving strategy, providing full and comprehensive accounting services for the business and managing a team.
Specific responsibilities will include:
• Provision of accurate and timely financial information to develop financial strategies for the growth of the organization • Analysis of the performance of the business, in particular providing trend analysis, development of KPI's, systems enhancement and problem solving • Review and identification of business opportunities for growth - either through organic or acquisition means • Review of business performance and identification then subsequent implementation of cost saving strategies • Maintain relationships with investment community • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and corporate requirements relating to financial reporting
The Successful Applicant:
To be considered you will be a designated accountant, ideally having experience in the real-estate development industry and then having gained significant experience in a corporate environment where you are likely to have reached at least a Senior Controller, Finance Director/CFO level. You should be technically strong when it comes to understanding latest accounting guidelines, in particular relating to the construction sector.
