We have an exciting opportunity to work as a casual Certified Dental Assistant as part of the Maple Ridge Public Health team located in Fraser Health, British Columbia!

Build your career experience in this regional role as you:
    •Provide oral health education and health promotion in various settings, by delivering lessons and demonstrations •Develop educational content for lesson plans •Conduct cursory dental screenings of kindergarten children for appropriate referral and complete documentation in accordance with the BC Dental Screening Manual

Your qualifications include:
    •Graduation from a Certified Dental Assistant Program •One year recent related experience •Registered and licensed with the College of Dental Surgeons of BC •Knowledge of techniques and standards of preventive and restorative clinical practice •Ability to establish and maintain rapport with clients •Valid BC Driver's license and vehicle for work •Ability to establish and maintain rapport with children
