Casual Relief is long term on call employees. Hours will depend on availability and seniority.
Non-Profit Association hiring casual relief Residential Care Workers. Opportunity for full and part time. Working with developmentally disabled people in a group home setting. Duties involve promoting integration within the community, life skills training, administering medications, personal hygiene assistance, meal preparation etc.
Casual employees receive $18.84 per hour plus an additional 9.8% in lieu of benefits. Union membership will be required upon hire (BCGEU).
Please note that once hired as a casual and you work at least one shift, you can apply for any of the internal postings you meet the qualifications for.

Must meet minimum availability of 2 shifts per week which must include every other weekend.
