We're looking for outgoing, professional, guest service driven individuals who want to become Card Dealers. You will be responsible for providing Unrivaled Personalized Service to our guests. You must successfully complete a 12 day paid training course. All training is conducted in Chilliwack. The next course is slated on the following dates January 27, 28, 29, 30, 31; February 3, 4, 5 and 6. This course requires 100% attendance, as well as additional study time at home is crucial in order to successfully complete the course. Passing the course is a condition of on-going permanent employment as a dealer with Great Canadian. This position requires flexibility for scheduling; shifts will include evenings, holidays, and weekends.

    •Providing exceptional guest service while conducting all games in a precise, efficient and secure manner •Maintaining game integrity; monitoring game limits and cash/value transactions •Exchanging customer cash and promotional vouchers for equivalent value chips •Controlling the order of play; closing bets at the appropriate time; maintaining table security •Handling complimentary guest requests •Liaising and communicating effectively with all appropriate operational departments •Engaging our guests and encouraging their use of other property features •Developing and cultivating strong working relationships with all stakeholders (guests, ownership and team members) •Performing other duties as assigned or directed
