Through data driven insights we help our clients move in the right direction ensuring maximum value.\n\nThe Capital Project Services team advises governments and businesses in the delivery of complex capital projects and programs. As part of our team, you'll provide expertise to clients on the design and delivery of transformative projects, program and commercial management approaches, and optimization of capital programs while ensuring project success, within constrained budgets or through challenging situations. You will work across many sectors providing services across the project life cycle from project feasibility, governance, infrastructure and procurement, construction readiness, project execution and readiness for operations.

This role doesn't support completion of the Canadian CPA designation.

Purpose-led work you'll be part of

As a Capital Projects and Infrastructure Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business and project issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Participate in reviewing project schedules and budgets • Perform independent validation of project data • Perform extrapolation and forecasting of project performance • Participate in project risk assessments • Participate in the development of project management processes • Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of project controls • Perform site visits • Participate in writing reports • Assists in the preparation of proposals • Assist in developing business opportunities for the Capital Projects & Infrastructure group • May require significant work on site including travel to remote locations
Experiences and skills you'll use to solve

• Experience working for an engineering consulting, project management, or construction management firm at the Senior Associate level • Interest in obtaining a professional designation (e.g. PMP, PQS ) would be an asset • Interest in participation in AACE would be an asset • Experience contributing to or developing AACE compliant cost estimate • Experience contributing to or managing project schedules in P6 • Experience contributing to or managing project risks • Willingness to travel when required • Experience developing project specific process and enhancing through technology • A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives
