What will your typical day look like?
This role is best suited for a motivated self-starter, who thrives in ambiguity, and brings insights and recommendations to the campus teams. Project management skills are essential and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams. As a Campus Recruitment specialist, you will be responsible for developing, planning, and executing a targeted national campus strategy. This will include identifying and building relationships with early year talent through a tailored recruitment strategy of targeted events and programs, fostering relationships with key campus contacts, and being a trusted advisor to business leaders. You will be responsible for executing high volume recruitment cycles, in partnership with the internal client groups for various intern and new graduate level positions, targeting undergraduate and graduate level students.
About the team
The Campus Recruitment, Talent Acquisition team collaborates with internal clients and across the Talent organize to provide strategic insight and develop a tailored recruitment strategy of targeted events and other programs to ensure an exceptional candidate experience. The team advises on, implements, and executes the recruiting strategy, providing full-lifecycle recruitment support. You will work alongside other Campus Specialists and Coordinators across the country on national large-scale programs to smaller, local targeted events.

In this role the expected qualifications are:
• Relevant experience, with an understanding of campus recruiting
• Demonstrated project and program management experience: organization, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track
• Exposure with complex, critical initiatives and managing clients at the leadership levels; ability to build strong relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Exceptional organization, planning, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $96,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
