Job SummaryAs a Work-From-Home Call Center Agent, you will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing support, resolving issues, and delivering a high-quality customer experience. You will act as a key point of contact between customers and the company, ensuring that all inquiries are handled professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries and support requests
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, updates, or customer assistance
- Provide information about IT services, accounts, and general support
- Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex problems to technical teams
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
- Maintain high call quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction
- Meet performance metrics such as call handling time and resolution rates
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced call center environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Previous call center or customer support experience is an advantage
