Business Systems and Project Lead

The Business Systems and Project Lead is responsible for establishing plans and leading the organizational design of systems, processes, and communications that directly influence a student’s experience at CNC. The Coordinator directs, develops, facilitates, and implements enrolment projects and improvements while ensuring a student-centred approach that is tailored to the best possible experience for students. The incumbent acts as a liaison for the Office of the Registrar by providing specialized knowledge of enrolment systems, processes, and communications to the College administrators, staff and students. The leadership of this position is integral to the institution’s strategic enrolment management plan that includes enrolment planning and fiscal sustainability.
