6-month Business Analyst contract working closely with the business focusing on process improvement.

What & Why:
Due to growth our client is looking to add a Business Process Analyst to their support team. Your role will be focused specifically on process mapping and business process re-engineering within ServiceNow. In this role you will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and specifically the technology team lead of vendor operations to create both business, functional and technical requirements for features and functionality to support our internal business needs. This is a great opportunity to work with an inspiring leader who will support your growth in the organization.

They are located close to rapid transit in newly renovated offices in downtown Vancouver and have a hybrid work environment, 3 days a week in office.

You:
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:

2+ years Business Analyst in retail technology and operations.
Strong understanding of retail processes and operations.
Experience with process mapping and business process re-engineering
Experience with Confluence and ServiceNow
Understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management
Understanding of ITIL best practices
