We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Part-Time Business Manager to help steer key aspects of our business and support our continued growth.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for a proactive and seasoned business professional who thrives in a flexible, remote environment. As our Business Manager, you’ll lead and oversee core areas of the business—including operations, client acquisition, marketing, and team management. You’ll work closely with leadership to streamline systems, grow our customer base, and manage a part-time administrative support staff.

This is a part-time, one-day-a-week role, offering high-impact work with a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition & Retention:
    Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and build lasting relationships with existing ones.
  • Marketing Oversight:
    Coordinate and manage digital marketing initiatives, including campaigns, content planning, and analytics.
  • Operations Management:
    Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure systems run efficiently and effectively.
  • Team Supervision:
    Provide guidance and manage the performance of a part-time administrative team member.
  • Financial Monitoring:
    Assist with budgeting, cash flow management, and financial tracking in collaboration with accounting.
  • Strategic Planning:
    Evaluate KPIs and support business development through process improvement and long-term planning.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in business management or operations, with direct experience in a web-based business environment.
  • Proven success in client acquisition and digital marketing.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to manage team members effectively.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and self-directed with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency with online tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, CMS, payment processors, marketing software).

Compensation

  • Annual Salary: $18,000 – $27,000, depending on experience.
  • Part-time schedule: One day per week, with flexibility.
