We are looking for sharp, energetic individuals to join our sales team in our Penticton office. You will be responsible for prospecting, generating opportunities and closing new business within a target-driven environment. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business needs and challenges along with superior communication skills to conduct discovery and solutions- based discussions with business owners.

If you bring the right mix of soft skills and have a true desire to join our team to sell a great software product - we will provide training to help you understand our business, our product and our customers.

Responsibilities:

Identify new business via prospecting and cold calling (primarily by telephone) to build your pipeline

Understand and effectively communicate Windward Software's value proposition to prospects

Provide product demonstrations to prospects using web-based tools

Maintain accurate opportunity and prospect information in CRM tool

Attain performance level standards as outlined in performance objectives

Continue to build personal skill set by completing Windward Certifications

Desired Skills & Experience:

A proven track record of success and achieving goals, whether personal or professional

Excellent communication and listening skills

Computer literacy and a proven ability to learn new software and technologies

A basic understanding of business processes and challenges

Comfortable presenting to various audiences, typically business owners, remotely and at times in person
