The Customer Solutions Delivery (CSD) Coaching Excellence Program is a best in class program, designed to develop great leaders, drive better performance, talent attraction and retention. CSD is striving to evolve our leadership style from performance managers to coaches who foster relationships based on trust and credibility rather than metrics or outcomes. As part of the Program Management Office, you will be the voice of the coaching program, responsible for unlocking the potential of our people leaders through the development and implementation of a robust, actionable and measurable program.
This position reports to the Director - Business Strategy Development and is headquartered out of Edmonton, Calgary or the Greater Vancouver area. Are you someone who?

You will be responsible for the growth and efficacy of the CSD Coaching Excellence program. •Learn and master the CSD coaching principles becoming the leading expert and voice of the programQualifications:Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
•Ensuring the coaching excellence vision and roadmap are implemented
•Provide on-going coaching support to all CSD people leaders regardless of title
•Support activities will include such things as:
•Regular one on one support, including role plays etc
•You will be the main contributor to enable the change management and adoption plans
•Organizing group coaching cafes and forums
•Mentoring and growing our Guiding Coalition
•Develop and implement frameworks to monitor, analyze and offer insights related to adoption of the coaching excellence program
•Report on the financial health and efficacy of the overall coaching program
•Ability to demonstrate a passion for coaching and leadership excellence along with a desire to inspire and drive accountability in others Education, Certifications & Experience:
•Strong Inter-personal skills/people person
•Excellent communication skills with the ability to succinctly and clearly present
•Must be comfortable presenting at the executive level
•Sound analytical skills and the ability to use these skills to support various business decisions or proposals
• Proven track record on leading & delivering complex projects
•A bias for action and building strong and trusted relationships
•Create and implement an on-going training schedule
•Report and present on the program at various meetings including the CSD Leadership Team
•Consult and provide guidance and advise when coaching isn't working and liaise with Labor Relations
•Confidentiality is an important aspect of this role
•Demonstrated ability to influence and motivate people outside of an authority relationship and forge productive and lasting alliances across all areas of the business Who is TELUS?
•Previous operations management experience is an asset
•University Degree or equivalent and 5+ years in a leadership role is required
