As Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for overall technical support of the time and attendance system (Kronos). You will work with multiple stakeholders to ensure the system is properly configured according to legislation, collective agreements and internal policies . You will collaborate with the People Services team and IT to manage integrations between Kronos and other systems, including SAP SuccessFactors.
Based out of either our Vancouver Head Office or Prince George Corporate Office, this is the perfect position to utilize your knowledge of end-to-end business processes and system integrations. You will be responsible for the ongoing support of the time and attendance system and will lead or assist in various projects and system updates. A strong communicator with expertise in facilitation and negotiation, you can work with a diverse group of stakeholders and will lead technical issue resolution.
Ideally, you come armed with a bachelor's degree and experience with Kronos Workforce Central, system configuration, implementation, and business support to a unionized environment. Equivalent experience would also be considered. For bonus points, you have technical troubleshooting skills, a demonstrated ability to learn new technologies, and the technical aptitude to understand data. Previous experience with SuccessFactors and/or SAP Payroll is also considered an asset. Some travel will be required.
