The Fleet Strategy & Operations team is a small team with a big scope. We support TELUS' entire fleet of over 4,000 vehicles across the country and are defining best-in-class fleet operations. We regularly challenge the status quo and look to improve how we serve our customers with innovative projects like asset utilization analyses, process automation, and sustainability initiatives.

Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together

You're a master problem-solver that enjoys working on multiple projects at a time. You're keen to learn new things, identify efficiencies, and drive positive change. You'll be delivering process improvements and automation solutions, dashboard creation and opportunity identification. You'll roll up your sleeves and lead projects from cradle to grave, taking full ownership over the opportunities you identify. Your focus on the details and creativity will help TELUS achieve its efficiency targets and serve our customers at a lower cost.

Here's how
    •Challenge the status quo and drive cost saving and process improvements through automation, data analysis, and lean approaches •Collaborate on transformational programs and provide project/operational support •Lead projects cradle to grave (eliciting requirements, building solution(s), implementing) •Support the continual development and management of existing and new processes/tools •Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in all areas of the organization


Qualifications:


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •Bachelor and/or Master degree in Engineering or Business, or other related field •3-5 years' in a similar role and/or related education with demonstrated performance and increasing levels of responsibility •Proven problem-solving, strategic, and analytical capabilities with a track record of setting and delivering against key metrics •Proficient with analytical tool sets, including Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Tableau Desktop •Knowledge of techniques to identify root causes of an issue •Excellent time management, organization skills and ability to prioritize •Knack for forging and managing effective relationships with peers and leaders across the organization •Fearful of mediocrity with a strong bias for action

Great-to-haves
    •Agile and/or Lean Six Sigma (LSS) training and certification •Additional programming (VBA, JavaScript, etc.) •Bilingual (French)
