Join a cutting edge Supply Operations team responsible for managing the forecasting and stocking strategies for equipment and materials needed for vital infrastructure builds. As a Business Analyst II - Forecaster, you will have a direct impact on our ability to deliver on our commitment to our customers by ensuring our internal and external partners have the materials they need at the right time and place.

Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together
    •Optimize inventory levels to ensure proper balance is maintained between customer service levels, inventory investment and operational efficiencies, including ATP (Available to Promise) and inventory turns •Collaborate with all demand channels and cross-functional teams for demand planning and forecasting •Lead or participate in projects that support the execution of strategic initiatives

    •Collaborate with internal partners in order to understand their short and long term business plans, and develop material forecasts •Establish forecasting and replenishment parameters that drive inventory excellence •Manage product life cycle from introduction to obsolescence •Authorize inventory replenishment based on business plans and inventory performance targets


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •A passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience and continuous improvement •Expert knowledge with inventory management principles and concepts including min/max replenishment strategy, forecasting, and statistical analysis •Intermediate skills in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint •Ability to analyze data information, translate into findings, and convey into a clear compelling story with recommendations/solutions to a diverse group of stakeholders •Strong communication (verbal and written), presentation, influencing and relationship building skills •Strong collaboration and engagement skills •Demonstrated ability to work under ambiguous circumstances •3 to 5 years of experience in supply chain management with an emphasis on inventory management •Bachelor degree is required

    •Experience with SAP MM •PMAC or APICS certified or currently enrolled in either program
