JOB DESCRIPTION:

As building Manager, you will be responsible for the management and maintenance of a mid sized residential building in Vancouver. In this position, you will need to have great customer service skills being strong on the tenant coordination front as well as with preventive maintenance. Your duties will include managing and coordinating resident service agents and mobile staff, reviewing rental enquiries, attending vacant suites, performing move in’s/out’s, completing tenancy agreements and you will also be the point of contact for any tenancy issues. A background in building maintenance including skills in: minor plumbing, carpentry, electrical and landscaping will be necessary as you will be working on a preventive maintenance schedule.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

- Salary of $52,000 to $58,000 (depending on experience)
- 3 weeks of vacation
- Sizable car Allowance

- Fitness Allowance

REQUIREMENTS:

-3-5 years in building maintenance/management experience
- Experience managing a team
- Great customer service skills/strong people skills – you must be able to deal with tenants professionally.
- Knowledge of the Tenancy Act
- A Clean driving record
