Hot Marketing Inc. requires an experienced Bookkeeper.
This position will be responsible for the day to day bookkeeping of an up and coming new Tech company.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Full Cycle Bookkeeping Procedures & Administrative Tasks
- Payroll - 2 people to start
- A/R & A/P
- Prepare and maintain Receiver General, WCB, GST, PST
- Preparing some financial statements
- Year End Financials
- Foreign Currency Exchange
- Cash/Bank deposits and reconciliations
- Implementing new software programs & streamlining for efficiency
- HR Duties
- Executive Administrative support as required
QUALIFICATIONS & ESSENTIAL SKILLS
If you have a great attitude and are tech savy, highly organized and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment with a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
You have a minimum 3-5 years bookkeeping experience, superior computer skills including a high level of proficiency in Quick Books & Excel and excellent oral and written communication skills. Along with attention to detail, numeracy, customer service, analytical thinking, multitasking, and organizational skills. Post-secondary education or accounting designation would be considered an asset. Preference given to applicants with experience in similar companies.
This contract position is to start immediately. Part-time or Flexible hours are possible. Has the potential to grow to full time permanent for the right candidate.
