Billing Manager - Hybrid

This role will take the reins on all the billing processes for the company. The successful candidate will oversee their diligent team of billing administrators, ensuring that all payments are accurate and timely.

They are seeking individuals with strong problem-solving, research, resolution and analytical skills. The successful candidate will also need to be highly organized, adept at multi-tasking and juggling competing priorities.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all billing processes
• Address and solve complex billing issues
• Identify errors in billing processes, make corrections
• Analyze invoices and resolve inventory costs and sales pricing issues
• Produce Accounts Receivable statements
• Direct billing team, ensure compliance with company objectives and operational standards

What You Bring

• 5+ years’ billing/invoicing experience in a multi-branch environment
• Accounting diploma/certification required
• Excellent computer skills (MS Excel & Outlook)
• ERP system experience
• Strong leadership skills
