Billing Coordinator – part-time 15 hours/week

Exciting opportunity available for a Billing Coordinator at one of Vancouver's highly successful companies! We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who excels in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in efficiently processing invoices, creating purchase orders, and possesses a strong desire to contribute in a part-time capacity.
Our client requires the Billing Coordinator to work Thursdays and Fridays to capture EOW bills, with some flexibility (ie. the Billing Coordinator could work full days Thurs/Fri or work a few hours a day across the week)
This is a 3 month contract.

Who – The Company:

What- The Role:

• Receive, process, and submit invoices for approval and payment

• Track invoices against quarterly/annual budget

• Create quarterly purchase orders

• Liaise with vendors and AP on any billing issues

• Leverage Excel to calculate per-person benefit costs and allocate charges accurately across the business

Who- the Candidate: 
•            1-2 years’ experience processing invoices and creating purchase orders
•            Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Excel
•            Strong interpersonal, communication skills, and ability to work in a team
•            Highly organized and exceptional attention to detail
•            Ability to meet tight deadlines in a high paced work environment

Working conditions:
remote work, if Billing Coordinator has preference for in-office work or hybrid model, they are welcome to work out of our client’s downtown office

How much:
$24-26/hr commensurate with experience + 4% vacation pay
