Currently seeking a Bilingual French Customer Service Representative located in Burnaby for a thirteen month contract.

  • You will be responsible for providing quality operational and technical support in a Global e-Commerce department.
  • You will provide frontline customer service by telephone for customers.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Corporately presented and professional attitude
  • A detail oriented, organized, team player with the ability to multitask
  • Good verbal and written communication (French and English), customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Financial services experience or call center customer service experience would be an asset.
