  • In compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and directives, observe, record, and report on Screening Contractors' operational performance at assigned airport location - mainly YVR but may also work at other locations in BC (minimal travel required)
  • Follow all applicable policies, procedures, and directives provided through training and under the leadership of the Manager, Regional Performance, and a Team Lead.


  • Post-secondary education in Quality Control, Logistics, Law Enforcement, or another field related to the position's responsibilities
  • Must be fluent in English and possess an intermediate level of written and oral French
  • Minimum 2 years of inspection or monitoring experience in a highly regulated environment
  • Must be able to qualify for Secret Security Clearance
  • Detail-oriented and able to make sound decisions in a fair, objective, and consistent manner with tight deadlines and under pressure
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills - report writing, giving recommendations to management
  • Ability to work well in a structured workplace, communicate effectively with a variety of audiences, and make recommendations
  • Ability to work with a number of software programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and mobile devices
  • Available to work shifts, OT as required, and in an environment that operates 24/7 x 365 days/year
