We are currently working on behalf of our client, a highly dynamic, passionate and reputable organization providing sustainability solutions, in order to find them an energetic Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to be a part of their awesome team of professionals. We are looking for an amazing communicator, that is fluent both in English and French, and driven to exceed sales targets and directly contribute to the growth of the business.

Location: Vancouver, BC

Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, and soliciting new accounts
  • Build strong rapport with potential business clients
  • Maintain completion and accuracy of client files in database
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate outside account managers for further development and closure
  • Research accounts, identify key decision makers and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand the database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Team with sales executives to build pipeline

Requirements:

  • Fully Bilingual in English and French is a must
  • Previous experience in a sales capacity preferred
  • Proven success in exceeding quotas and experience with making a high volume of calls per day
  • You have a strong phone presence and can communicate positively and effectively with a variety of people
  • Team player attitude and high energy and enthusiasm are necessary to succeed in this role
  • Ability to act as a positive representation of the company during all business interactions
  • Experience working with CRM tools
  • Strong desire to cultivate win-win client relationships and grow the business
  • You understand how to manage your time productively and are driven to achieve results each day
