 We are currently recruiting for overnight shifts. Our overnight shifts have a shift premium and are 4 days on 3 days off.

***Afternoon shift hours are 1:30pm – 10:00pm***

Job Summary:

We hire the best and the brightest Customer Service Specialists as our first point of contact for our customers. Your goal will be to process queries related to technical challenges, customer accounts and transactions, and other matters in a professional, accurate and timely manner. It is imperative that our customer's needs are understood to provide appropriate information and follow up.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide telephone, chat and email support to end-users, financial institutions and business partners.
  • Answer customer queries regarding our product/services, account sign up; online transactions and balance inquiries.
  • Track inquiries to their resolution; escalating issues when necessary.
  • Document responses and logs into the appropriate work tools
  • Accurately processes daily financial transactions and assists with risk management and transaction trace requests.
  • Perform other duties and required.



  • Education: College diploma or university degree desired
  • Fluent (oral & written) in English
  • Fluency in a second language (Spanish, German, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean or French) an asset but not required
  • Experience: 2 years in telephone customer support
  • Must have accurate and efficient keyboarding and data entry skills
  • Able to deliver service excellence by demonstrating strong interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to present a professional image and communicate effectively
  • Able to maintain a high level of performance under pace fasted changing environment
  • Proven ability to handle challenging customers in a professional manner
  • Experience with Internet, MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrated initiative and desire to learn new tasks. Must complete and pass all training requirements.
  • Ability to work various shifts including evenings, Saturdays, and statutory holidays. Shift bids are conducted every 6 months.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
