This position reports to the Benefits & Compensation Specialist. The successful candidate will provide a high level of customer service in the administration of various employee benefit plans to ensure efficient and accurate processing. As the Benefits Administrator, you will be responsible for administering employee benefit programs including life, health, disability, and employee assistance. In addition, you will be responsible for providing employees with relevant benefits information.
To be considered for this role you will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Benefits Administrator with solid Excel abilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required for this position. Experience working with Flex benefit plans would be considered an asset.
