  • Performs a variety of machine and tooling adjustments.
  • Performs routine quality checks and is responsible for the quality and quantity of the processed parts.
  • Performs daily cleaning and preventive maintenance on the saw and any equipment used.

To fully qualify for and be successful in this position you must have:

  • Recent production panel saw experience within a cabinet or millwork manufacturing operation.
  • Ability to read component production drawings, accurately use gauges/measuring tools and identify nonconformities.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Ability to maintain optimum machine performance and ensure the longevity of the unit with day to day maintenance and cleaning as required.
  • A proven track record for reliability, accuracy and attention to detail.
  • An ability to work as part of a team to resolve production challenges as they arise.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain the safety of yourself and others at all times through best practices on the production floor and in the workplace in general.
  • Ability to maintain and promote a positive attitude, teamwork and cooperation.
  • Flexibility to be cross trained and perform other duties as assigned.
