The exciting developments within this sector perfectly align with our Mission to Zero initiative, aiming to support cleaner and greener communities for all.Working in the ABB E-Mobility business in Montreal Canada, you will be Leading the execution of small projects, ensuring that they are executed in line with procedures, specifications, standards requirements, and targets.In this role you will drive the formal acceptance of the project by the customer, maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction by providing excellent service at all stages of the project.
Your responsibilities
  • Defining all project documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule and risk management plans.
  • Monitoring and controlling project progress, resources and financials.
  • Identifying, and managing risks, while ensuring that all opportunities are identified and pursued.
  • Coordinating with the Procurement, Production and Logistics team to procure required services, materials and equipment.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a contact point for customer enquiries and an escalation point for project issues.
  • Monitoring and controlling project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, costs, expenses and cash flow.
  • Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and acknowledgement by the customer.

Your background
  • Up to 2 years of experience in Project Management.
  • Demonstrated experience in management of project scope, cost, schedules and vendors/subcontractors.
  • Knowledge of chargers or EV industry is an asset.
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • An engineering or technical degree or project management certificate.
  • Ability to write and speak in English and French.
