  • 5+ years of experience specializing in Real Estate Transactions, Wills, Trusts, and Corporate Transactions.
  • Ability to bring in their own clients and develop own practice in the different areas of law that he/she practices in - the Paralegal will provide assistance where required
  • Customer service orientated
  • Exceptional analytical, research, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven, team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude


  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the stated areas
  • Capable of bringing own clients
  • Advanced business acumen with verbal, negotiation, interpersonal, and drafting skills
  • Must have the extensive legal knowledge
  • Overseeing several projects simultaneously
  • Aptitude of a firm understanding of confidentiality requirements
  • Can work independently and collaborate with others
  • Ability to provide direction to others
