We are looking for a leader whois passionate about the retail and telecommunications industry, has a track record for leading and developing top performing sales teams, and who thrives in a fast-paced highly competitive environment.

In this role you will:

  • Be a champion of the Rogers and Fido brands
  • Drive sales and profit in your identified area
  • Create an environment of success by influencing behaviour to develop and strengthen the retail culture within your area
  • Maximize customer experience scores and build customer loyalty within your area
  • Recruit, Coach & Develop Store Management Teams
  • Maximize store profitability and Area's Operating Income targets
  • Advance and expand our retail process to deliver a best in customer class experience


Our ideal Area Managers:

  • Are successful managers with 3-5 years experience in a multi-unit or big box retail environment
  • Are graduates of a College/University with a Business degree or diploma
  • Are proven developers of leadership talent and high performance culture
  • Have proven sales success and an ability to drive growth within a multi-site format
  • Are motivated self-starters who are effective at building relationships and networking
