Your progression to a Lead Superintendent will happen quickly with this job. By the time you start this role you will be very comfortable with wood-frame multifamily construction and once you prove what you can do over one project, consideration will be given regarding you taking on your own projects. They have established themselves in the residential, commercial and mixed-use construction. The company’s original founder has come from a background that respects a high level of craftsmanship and this simple dedication to the best quality remains to this day.
This role is an Assistant Superintendent role with a focus on multi-family construction; mainly 4 & 6 storey apartments, occasionally mixed-use with CRUs on the street level. You will help in the management of trade contractors and help the Lead Superintendent in pushing the schedule and helping avoid other issues that will threaten the budget. Other duties are typical for this type of role, but call to discuss if you require more details.

  • Multi family wood-frame construction experience and a solid understanding of the BC Building code

  • $70,000 - $80,000 base salary
  • 2 weeks of vacation to start
  • Vehicle allowance/mileage
  • Extended medical, dental, paramedical & MSP paid
  • Tuition reimbursement for approved courses
