Position SummaryNorthern Health is looking for an experienced, highly efficient, and self-directed temporary full time Assistant to support the Records Management department.
The Assistant, Records Management is responsible for maintaining employee files including receiving and tracking requests, retrieving files, reviewing, and summarizing confidential information, and ensuring confidentiality and security of the contents, in accordance with organizational policy. The Assistant, Records Management will also research, make recommendations, and implement new efficiencies in filing within the HR and Payroll Departments.
Starting salary will be approximately from $39,797 to $49,746 and will be based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions

Qualfications•Successful completion of Grade 12 plus additional courses in office administration and/or human resources training and three (3) to five (5) years of recent related experience in a large, complex unionized environment, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
•Previous experience in one or more areas of Human Resources preferred
