Assistant Project Marketing Manager, Real Estate

The Role

Our client is looking for an educated and enthusiastic Assistant Project Marketing Manager to join their team. You have experience in real estate and you have a passion for marketing. Knowledge and experience with social media and being tech savvy is a plus. Excellent communication skills with an outgoing personality.

Where is it based?

Vancouver Downtown


  • Plan and execute various marketing programs
  • Plan and organize public relation events
  • Liaise with graphic designers, advertising agencies, copywriters and various consultants to prepare marketing display items, printed materials, TV/Radio commercials, web page, show suites and sales centre display
  • Prepare and execute media and social media plan and gain a relationship with the media
  • Prepare graphic presentation and information packages
  • Organize special events, information booth and mobile sales centers
  • Conduct marketing research; gather, analyze and present information related to the real estate business

Must Haves

  • Formal training and education  in communication, marketing or real estate
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the real estate business, advertising/public relations agencies or media organizations
  • In-depth knowledge in various advertising media and production of advertising materials is a definite asset
  • Experience in marketing through social media and the latest electronic and mobile devices
  • Savvy skill set with various computer software and applications would be preferred: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, WordPress and Html
  • An outgoing, enthusiastic, and highly motivated person with excellent communication and people skills
  • Fluent in English and excellent writing skills
  • A dynamic team player; flexible to changes in job nature as and when required
  • May need to work extended hours and weekends occasionally
  • May require occasional travel


Beneficial Qualifications

  • proficiency in Chinese, Korean, Punjabi, Farsi  or another second language would be preferred
