Position need: Assistant Hotel Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 23/H

Experience: hotel management 2 years (Required)

Education: University degree in hotel management or other related discipline (Required)


  • Strong leadership ability;
  • Full knowledge of all hotel departments;
  • Ability to stand on feet for 8 hours shift, ability to assist all departments in their work; 
  • Ability to work well on multiple tasks at the same time;
  • Ability to be friendly and cheerful; interact easily with strangers;
  • Ability to maintain high team morale and a well-trained, highly qualified staff. Team member engagement and satisfaction is a high priority;
  • The ability for strong organizational skills and strong detail orientation;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; 
  • Honest and dependable; able to work without supervision.


  • Responsible for completing required training and Make sure staff receives proper safety and standard operating training for each position;
  • Responsible for marketing and developing hotel related business;
  • Fulfill the tasks assigned by the general manager;
  • Make sure compliance with company standards for administration performance, services, and room rates;
  • Assign responsibility and supervises work activities to all hotel employees;
  • Check hotel rooms, public access areas, and outside grounds for cleanliness;
  • Maintain guest satisfaction and resolving problems;
  • Ensure new team member paperwork and schedules are completed and submitted in time;
  • Available anytime at any day with reliable transportation.
