 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Perform inbound/outbound calls to schedule service appointments for customers.
  • Review unconfirmed appointments within the system.
  • Confirm and update customer information.
  • Advise customers of recommended services as per maintenance schedule.
  • Contact customers with unconfirmed appointments 7 days prior to the scheduled appointment date.
  • Re-confirming appointments in the system within 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
  • Offer customers alternate dates and times when scheduled appointment is no longer convenient for the customer.
  • Contacting customers of current outstanding service campaigns, or recalls.
  • Record all customer comments and forward to service manager as required.
  • Report any customer complaints to service manager immediately for appropriate follow-up.

 What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous dealership experience is an asset.
  • General knowledge of automotive systems, products and services.
  • Passion for customer service. You enjoy talking with them, identifying their needs, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with other 2nd languages is an asset.
  • Strong computer skills (including MS Office suite); experience with ADP/CDK and X-Time is an asset.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, independent and a team player with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
