We are working on behalf of our client, a global provider of technology-based solutions to the financial services industry, to search for a highly motivated Application Analyst. The ideal candidate will possess a strong aptitude for problem solving, be highly analytical and be able to resolve client issues with ease.

This is a highly sought-after opportunity where one can blend experience in the financial services or brokerage industry with a passion for technology.   • Support client application inquires and issues
  • Resolve system problems and create solutions to meet client requirements
  • Provide direction to other team members regarding product issues and system queries
  • Take appropriate actions to resolve issues and forward recommendations to stakeholders
  • Assist with system configuration
  • Understand application changes in the context of business processes
  • Provide internal and external training support on software program
  • Research, document and accurately complete assigned tasks within deadlines
  • Complete other tasks as assigned


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial services industry; brokerage environment experience would be an asset
  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Business Administration
  • Completion of the CSC is an asset
  • Strong working knowledge of various business software applications and database management systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Highly organized, able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills while being detail-oriented
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical ability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with minimal supervision
