Under the general direction of the Director, Slot Operations, this position will be responsible for the overall analytics, and profitability of the Slots Operations as well as the planning and recommending of Slot Operation strategies. While recommending all new Slot Operation initiatives, the Analyst, Slot Operations ensures adherence to all policies and procedures, motivates and leads by example and provides learning opportunities while establishing a safe, efficient and welcoming work environment for all team members. This role will interact and partner with department management and executives on a regular basis.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
•Is aware of new products, technology and developments as they become available and makes recommendations based on costs, risks and guest demands •Provides expert recommendations from gaming floor data on low to poor performing areas to maximize slot revenues •Recommends the installation of new slot products and content •Coordinate with Slot Technical staff to expedite slot projects •Analyzes slot team member transactional efficiency and provides feedback to Slot Operations Management •Aids during budget planning efforts and lead efforts for team with competitive market shops •Regularly reviews, analyzes and evaluates slot machine performance, working with the Slot Department senior management in taking appropriate steps to improve performance
The successful candidate will possess:
•5+ years' experience in Gaming management •Post-Secondary education or suitable combination of continuing education and strong experience •Proven leadership skills and the ability to train and develop team members •Ability to exceed internal and external guest expectations through timely, effective and service oriented communication; •Commitment to continually increase knowledge of our products and services in order to offer exceptional experiences to our guests
