From trade oversight to asset servicing, your contribution will help protect fund integrity and support strategic decisions across global markets. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who wants to gain hands-on exposure to fund operations, develop expertise across settlements and accounting processes, and eventually explore internal opportunities across the broader organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage the lifecycle of trades - ensuring settlement accuracy and timely exception resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams and global service providers to support trade execution and post-trade activity

  • Support corporate actions, dividend postings, and other asset servicing events
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving workflows and data accuracy
  • Liaise with trading and portfolio management teams to provide support on trade-related queries
  • Assist with the setup of new broker relationships in coordination with legal and trading functions
  • Contribute to regulatory and compliance-related reporting requirements
  • Track and help resolve errors while contributing to the team's continuous performance improvement
  • Provide backup or support coverage for fund accounting activities as needed
  • Engage in learning opportunities across fund operations to build broader functional knowledge

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree with strong academic performance (transcripts required)
  • 0–3 years of professional experience (including internships); financial services background is an asset but not required
  • Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to work accurately in a high-volume, high-stakes environment
  • Excellent communicator who can clearly articulate ideas and collaborate across departments
  • Problem-solver with a mindset for continuous improvement and efficiency
  • Proactive learner with the ability to take initiative and follow through on responsibilities
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt in a dynamic setting
  • A genuine interest in capital markets, operations, and financial services
  • Comfortable using Excel and learning new operational systems or tools

Remuneration:

  • Base salary between $55,000 and $70,000, plus a discretionary performance-based bonus
  • Benefits package included
  • Hybrid work model (2–3 days/week in-office)

Only candidates eligible to work in Canada will be considered
