The Vendor Management Office (VMO) provides divisional procurement and contract management across a portfolio of services to ensure business and contractual requirements are addressed and aligned to core government policies and financial controls, part of which is leading the oversight of key Alternative Service Delivery (ASD) agreements on behalf of the Ministry of Health. Accountabilities for the VMO include vendor/industry engagement and management, procurement, contract management, strategic sourcing strategies, governance, and relationship management.

The Performance Management Analyst reporting to the Senior Program Analyst, analyzes and evaluates contract performance in relation to service delivery and contract objectives, develops and implements continuous improvement activities, and provides contractual and risk management support. Job Requirements:
  • Post graduate degree in business or public administration or related field plus 1-year recent experience in a related role; OR
    • NOTE: If your degree was obtained outside of Canada, you need to confirm it has been assessed for equivalency through the International Credential Evaluation Services (ICES). You must provide a basic report by the closing date of this posting to be considered.
  • An equivalent combination of education and 4 years recent experience in a related role


Recent related experience in the following:
  • Experience monitoring contract performance and deliverables.
  • Experience in Contract Management and Project Management.


  • Preference may be given to individuals with experience with Alternative Service Delivery contracts
