Corporate Services for the Natural Resource Ministries (CSNR) serves the five natural resource ministries (Agriculture, Food and Fisheries; Energy, Mines and Low Carbon Innovation; Environment and Climate Change Strategy; Forests, Lands, Natural Resource Operations and Rural Development and Indigenous Relations and Reconciliation). CSNR is a unique corporate services organization providing services for approximately 6,200 natural resource ministry employees in over 120 locations throughout the province. Job Requirements:
In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:


  • Degree or diploma in business administration, public administration, law, or supply chain management. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of three years of recent (within the last eight years) experience in procurement and contract management.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in providing dependable and responsive client service.


Preference may be given for experience in one or more of the following:
  • Creating Presentations and/or facilitating training.
  • Running and analyzing corporate reports.
  • Providing client services across multiple stakeholders (e.g. ministries, departments, organizations).
  • Corporate computer systems (e.g., BC Bid, CAS, CFS, iProcurement).
  • Government transfers, and knowledge of PS 3410 Public Sector Accounting Standard on government transfers.
