We currently have an exciting opportunity for you to bring your skills and knowledge as a dedicated Full-Time Administrative Support Clerk/Unit Aide in Hope, British Columbia. If you're someone who is looking for a rewarding challenge, then this might be the perfect opportunity for you.
Build on your education and career experience as you:
    •Perform a variety of administrative support functions such as providing reception services, typing technical and non-technical material utilizing word processing software, setting-up and maintaining filing system, •Assist with the intake of clients, processing incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, reports/records, and courier documents, maintaining levels of stationery and office supplies, arranging meetings/special functions and operating office equipment. •Assist Public Health Nurses in a variety of support and service areas such as organizing and setting up immunization clinics; distribution of supplies for needle exchange programs; maintaining and distributing the Unit's biological supply; conducting hearing and vision screening, maintaining and cleaning a variety of supplies and equipment.

    •Completion of Grade 12 •Completion of a Medical Office Assistant Certificate •One (1) year's recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. •Valid BC Driver's licence and access to personal vehicle for business related purposes. •Ability to type at 50 wpm.
